ஜிமெயில் Search-ல் புத்தம் புதிய வசதி




இன்றைய காலகட்டத்தில் பெரும்பாலான நபர்கள் ஜிமெயில் கணக்கை பயன்படுத்தி வருகின்றனர்.
இதுவரையிலும் நமக்கு வந்த மின்னஞ்சல் செய்திகளை தேடும் போது, அனுப்பி வைத்த நபரின் பெயர், மின்னஞ்சல் மற்றும் செய்தியின் தலைப்பு போன்றவற்றை பயன்படுத்தியே தேடுவோம்.

தற்போது மின்னஞ்சலில் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள Documents எந்த Format-ல் (Doc, PDF)இருந்தாலும் அதை பயன்படுத்தியே தேடலாம்.

தேடல் கட்டத்தில் has:attachment என்றபடி அமைத்து, அதன் பின்னர் தேடலுக்கான சொல்லை அமைக்க வேண்டும்.

எடுத்துக்காட்டாக ஒபாமா(Obama) என்ற சொல் உள்ள இணைப்பு கோப்பினை அறிய, has:attachment Obama எனத் தர வேண்டும்.

நீங்கள் இந்த தேடலை PDF File-களில் மட்டும் தேட விரும்பினால், has:attachment filename:PDF Obama என அமைக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

இதற்கு அவை Text அல்லது HTML File-களாக இருக்க வேண்டும். Word, Excel, and Powerpoint போன்ற Format கொண்ட File-களில் தேட முடியாது.

Notes: For circle names that include a space, parentheses, curly brackets, or vertical bar, add quotes around the name. For names that include quotes, add a back slash immediately before the quotes.
